At ORIX we are continuing to grow our Fleet Management and Leasing business and as a result we are in search of a self-motivated and passionate Pricing & Risk Manager to join the Fleet Operations team based at our head office in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the General Manager of Fleet Operations, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the pricing framework and guidelines to facilitate both efficient processing of all contract modifications and competitive quoting on new business opportunities.

This role which will also involve providing recommendations on all aspects of pricing of our Fleet products as well as risk mitigation and residual value positioning strategies.

Other key components of the role include:

• Effectively managing the Pricing and Risk team
• Monitoring and overseeing the setting of residual values and determining purchase prices
• Supporting sales and client services with complex quotations, including commercial units
• Collaborating with the client services teams to ensure effective profitability of all contracts
• Effectively involved in the process of repairs & maintenance, tyre and registration budget setting across multiple assets types and operations conditions
• Establishing appropriate costs to be used in the assessment of contract profitability
• Assisting in the determination of purchase prices and other parameters for sale and leaseback volume transactions
• Training sales and client services teams in quoting within pricing guidelines and concepts
• Providing up to date pricing and contract modification advice
• Liaising with the sales and client service teams to provide financial analysis for clients
• Developing pricing yield and customer profitability modelling and analysis

About You

• Sound knowledge of lease pricing, residual risk and accounting principles as they apply to asset finance (Ideally in the fleet industry)
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• High level data analysis and modelling skills
• High level understanding of financial concepts calculations and their application
• Excellent customer service skills
• A strong ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong planning and organisational skills – ability to cope with pressure and tight deadlines; prioritise and organise workloads
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (word, Excel and PowerPoint)
