Manager - Tax & Advisory
Our Client is looking for a self-starter with a strong track record of consistently driving results. You will be assisting clients with current issues, risks and opportunities across various industries. Bringing a strong suite of soft skills and technical tax advisory experience, you will play a key role implementing the growth strategy and as a Manager you will deliver high quality engagements for respected clients.
Duties:
- Managing a portfolio, providing strategic business and tax advice to clients as well as getting involved in business development activities.
- Innovate approaches to solving complex tax technical/business issues on client projects
- Maintain strong relationships with our clients and broaden your skills to cultivate new ones, or, identify other areas of opportunity for the wider business
- Lead, coach and motivate staff to influence and develop strengths
Key Criteria:
- You will have the ability to work with a great portfolio of clients on a compliance and advisory capacity.
- Collaborative in your management approach
- Experienced in dealing with sizeable and complex clients
- You will be a leader and decision maker, somebody who can look at current procedures and structures and suggest new ideas.
- Be structured and clearly articulate key opportunities
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Superior communication skills (written & verbal)
- The ability to build strong business networks with clients at all levels
