Your new company
A boutique style Accounting/Payroll Assisting Company based in South Yarra are offering an exciting Temp to Perm opportunity for a Payroll Clerk. You will be processing payroll for some very recognisable names in the media industry and be part of a fast paced, ambitious team.
Your new role
- Accurately enter employee details into spreadsheet to import into payroll system
- Communicate with clients via email and phone
- Enter employee times into payroll system
- Run various reports in payroll system
- Check data entry against payroll reports
- Update and maintain Client details
- Other payroll admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
- Previously worked in a fast paced/high volume position
- Have experience in data entry/payroll
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have proven strong attention to detail
- Be able to work 9:30-6pm, Mon-Fri
