As Payroll Officer you will provide a customer service focused end to end payroll function that is accurate, on time and compliant with legislation, Group policies and Group obligations.

Description
- Responsible for key steps of weekly and monthly process including Time & Admin, Pay Calculation, Payroll closing
- Ensure prompt review and processing of exceptions
- Pro actively liaise with IR and other departments (as required) to ensure Adecco Group Associates are paid correctly based on applicable pay conditions
- Work closely with IR in order to decrease the number of payroll exceptions to be dealt with on weekly basis
- Ensure payroll errors are resolved using the appropriate resolution journey throughout Shared Services
- Promptly escalate system errors, risks and concerns to Payroll Team Leader
- Assist Payroll Team Leader in building and maintaining excellent level of knowledge materials supporting the Core Payroll function (e.g: procedures, instructions, controls description, etc.)
- Provide exceptional customer service through responsive, effective and timely response to queries via phone, cases or email
- Support the Payroll Team Leader in complying with internal controls and group policies relevant to the Core Payroll function at all time
- Assist Payroll Team Leader with more complex tasks or reconciliation whenever required
Profile
- Previous end to end payroll experience
- Exposure to payroll regulations and reporting
- Excellent use of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Preferrable past experience with ERP systems: PeopleSoft, MYOB,
- Clear and effective communication style and vocational English
- Customer Service exposure desirable
