Internal Auditor (Projects) for an Australian Big 4 Bank in Sydney CBD. Up to $120k +super+ bonus.

Contribute to the ongoing success of the Internal Audit division as the Internal Auditor Projects for one of Australia’s largest and most successful banks.

This is a critical role, working across the banks’ various business units and will see you involved in the following:

• Planning and conducting various internal audit assignments in accordance with the annual audit plan
• Working alongside senior management to produce and the audit outcomes and reports
• Liaising with group risk division to assess and improve internal controls frameworks
• Resolving ad hoc queries from business managers as they arise

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

• Accounting and/or Internal Audit qualification
• Circa 5 years experience in an internal or external audit position
• Have a thorough understanding of audit controls and frameworks, ideally within a financial services organisation
• Highly organised, detail focused and accurate
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
