Position Description:

Reporting to the Credit Manager and working within a dynamic team environment, you will be responsible for:

• Sales admin and supporting the sales team
• Low volume collection calls following up on outstanding debt
• Allocate and receipt payments 
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Provide a high level of customer support
• Ensure corrective action is taken on all queries and that they are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
• General ad hoc duties assigned by your manager

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience within Credit and Accounts Receivable
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Motivation to succeed in your next role
• High level customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills

Additional benefits:

• $60,000-$65,000 plus superannuation
