This multiple Partner firm in Sydney's North has experienced consistent growth since developing the business after the split off from global Big 4 and 2nd tier Sydney firms. They have further strong growth for the years ahead with an additional $2 million+ worth of fees coming into the business. Therefore they are looking for a driven Supervisor / Assistant Manager who is wanting the opportunity to not only learn from those that have walked the talk in developing a successful business but keen to be a key part of it.
ROLE
The Partners here are looking for someone who can step in and move into a management role in the short term followed by Senior Manager, Associate Director and Director.
To begin with you will be eased into the role to allow you to learn their processes and systems which align with those seen in the large global firms. Once you are settled you will gradually be given further clients to manage as well as up to 5 accountants to manage, delegate and review. The clients you will focus on range from exciting start-ups, listed and international business.

Have at least 5 years of experience as an Accountant within a local accounting firm and CA qualified?
