A key position exists within a highly respected CA practice for an experienced Senior OR Supervisor to lead and grow a team of accountants within the Business Services division. This employer will offer you countless opportunities to develop your advisory skills along with unrivalled growth potential.
Working alongside one of the Partners and a Manager, you will be required to prepare and coordinate tax obligations such as GST, FBT, PAY, etc. Working with varied clients of trusts, partnerships, SMEs and more, you will be providing high level advisory services and help identify new business opportunities for the practice. Moreover, you will be required to delegate and review compliance work of junior staff and conduct training whilst corresponding with the ATO and other relevant external parties.
Ideally you will have:
- 4+ years' local experience or in a CA firm
- CA/CPA qualified
- First rate communication skills with a strong technical focus
- The ability to manage a small team of junior accounting staff
