CLIENTELE.. Your clients will mainly be large corporates and HNWIs with complex group structures. The exciting industries you service will be predominantly drawn from the construction, pharmaceutical, medical, government and banking industries.
PORTFOLIO.. Initially you will be managing your own portfolio of clients worth $500K which will grow to $750K within 18 months as you gain the necessary experience and skill set. This medium-sized firm of Choice has grown by 20% in the last 12 months and needs a driven Business Services Senior to take on the new clients.
RELATIONSHIPS.. The Partners here encourage their staff (including Juniors) to become more involved in value added work and meeting with clients. You will be involved in advising your clients on a number of tax issues including budgeting, strategic planning and cash flow forecasting.
NEXT LEVEL.. To groom to you to Assistant Manager, you will be given the responsibility to mentor, train and delegate tasks to a team of 3 Intermediate and Undergraduate Accountants.
MENTORSHIP.. Direct mentorship from one of the Partners and your Manager will be provided to give your skills that competitive edge.
UPSKILL.. Additionally, fortnightly training sessions are provided with lunches on the company to ensure you are up to date with the changing tax legislations and accounting issues.
MODERN.. The open plan offices coupled with paperless systems guarantees a friendly but efficient working environment.
SOCIALISE.. Weekly social activities (eg. Friday night drinks, karaoke, bowling, laser skirmish) are organised to encourage the close-knit environment.
