We are involved in dental industry so previous experience in dental (or healthcare) administration would be advantageous.

Ideally you've had previous Xero Accounting book keeping positions in the health industry and you're looking to broaden your horizons and take on a new and exciting challenge with a new team and a growing business. We will make sure that there is a proper handover from our current book keeper and you get induction training.

What will you be doing?

You have exceptional office administration and technological skills. You'll be proficient with operating PC computers, Xero Accounting and typical MS Office programs like Word and Excel.

 

  Your tasks will include, but not limited to:

  • Administering daily, weekly and monthly accounting requirements for debtors and creditors;
  • Administering payroll;
  • General Ledger maintenance;
  • Monitoring and reconciling company bank accounts and cash-flow;
  • End of Month reconciliations and journals;
  • Monthly reporting for management, accountants and statutory reporting (eg BAS); and
  • Generating reporting including monthly and year ending balancing and reporting
  • General admin functions
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and reconciling to their respective statements
  • Data entry in excel sheets
  • Ad hoc administration and other duties
