The role:
Reporting to the HR Manager your role will include but is not limited to the following.
- Processing of weekly and monthly payroll end to end including payments (permanent and casual staff);
- Liaise with staff and management regarding payroll related queries;
- Processing superannuation payments, payroll tax/ tax rebates;
- Calculation of staff bonus and termination payments;
- Timesheet calculations & review;
- HR ad hoc projects;
- Payroll related reporting.
Your profile:
- Detail oriented personality;
- Excellent knowledge of Preceda;
- Experience working in payroll of 500 + employees;
- Solid understanding of superannuation contributions, payroll tax, BAS, reconciliations and month-end reporting procedures;
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks and prioritise to meet deadlines;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
