The Company
This ASX listed FMCG business operates within Australia's agribusiness industry and supplies Australia's produce, supermarkets and fresh retail markets nationally. With multiple fresh food categories this role will see you sitting in one of their most successful and growing divisions. 

The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role has been newly created as part of their ongoing growth strategy. You will support the financial controller and manage the technical and statutory finance processes whilst also leading process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities will include:

• Reconciliations at business unit and group level;
• Consolidated reporting for business units;
• Business partnering with regional managers on finance matters; 
• Lead the systems / process improvement projects;
• Cash flow analysis and month end requirements; and
• Half year and year-end including ASX reporting and statutory reporting. 

The Person
You will be CA / CPA /CIMA qualified with experience in a finance manager or senior financual accountant role with a focus on technical, reporting and statutory areas. You will have the ability to influence key stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes coupled with excellent communication skills with high attention to detail. Whilst experience in FMCG, manufacturing or agribusiness will be highly regarded, the focus will be on experience. In addition, you will have a dynamic and energetic nature and be someone who shows real passion for what you do.
