Great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper.
Your new company
Based in Ascot Vale our client is a growing logistics/freight management business. As the business has been picking up more clients, the work load has grown and the company is looking to bring on an additional bookkeeper to assist with the transactional finance and payroll.
Your new role
This role will support the current bookkeeper as well as the wider business. Your duties will include:
- Full function accounts payable
- Full function accounts receivable
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card payments and reconciliations
- Month end preparation
- Weekly and monthly payroll
- Ad hoc admin duties
What you'll need to succeed
This role is ideal for someone with experience across Accounts Payable/Receivable and Payroll who is looking to build on these skills.
An excellent capability in Excel is essential as well as an eye for detail, excellent organisational skills and an ability to communicate with management/employees at all levels of the business.
The ideal candidate will also have some administration background as this could be an advantage for the role.
