Matthews Petroleum is an independent fuel distributor that has been operating throughout western Victoria for almost 50 years, and more recently south east of South Australia.
A progressive multi-site fuel distribution business is seeking a friendly and motivated Accounts Payable to work full-time (38 hours per week).
It will be predominantly Accounts Payable with all round administration skills also required.
The position is located at Head Office in Warrnambool.
This position is responsible for:
- End to end Payable function, including (but not limited to) entering, scanning and matching high volume supplier invoices with purchase orders
- Maintain Accounts Payable supplier details
- Follow up with suppliers and internal departments / branches
- Support receptionist during busy periods and absences
- Petty Cash reconciliation
- General office duties
In addition to above applicants must have:
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organisational skills
- Computer literacy skills
- A driver's licence is essential
