The Company
This ASX listed FMCG business operates within Australia's agribusiness industry and supplies Australia's produce, supermarkets and fresh retail markets nationally. With multiple fresh food categories this role will see you sitting in one of their most successful and growing divisions. 

The Role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for providing high level analysis support to the business whilst also leading process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities will include:

• Commercial decision making for the business through effective reporting;
• Budgeting and forecasting processes; 
• Develop pricing and costing models;
• Trend and market analysis; 
• Preparation of monthly cash flow forecasts;
• Stakeholder engagement with corporate and regional managers;
• Prepare and review of balance sheet and GL reconciliations
• Group consolidations; and 
• Identifying and leading process improvement projects. 

The Person
You will be CA / CPA /CIMA qualified, or in progress with experience in a management accountant, analyst or cost accountant role. Detailed analysis skills are essential for this role coupled with strong communication and business partnering skills. You will have the ability to influence key stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes. Whilst experience in FMCG, manufacturing or agribusiness will be highly regarded, the focus will be on experience. In addition, you will have a dynamic and energetic nature and be someone who shows real passion for what you do.
