The Company:
As Finance Manager, this critical position will cover the full integrity of financial reporting, P&L & General Ledger integrity, statutory compliance in a demanding, yet very rewarding team environment across all industry sectors. This position will see you working as part of a large brand name in an industry that’s experiencing an unprecedented boom & boasts a well-known, impressive portfolio of products & services.
The Position:
As part of a high performing team, reporting directly to the Financial Controller you will be accountable for but not limited to:
- Full financial reporting & General Ledger integrity for the entities, cash forecasting and treasury management
- Managing & mentoring two direct reports, and contribute to the building of finance capabilities of the Financial Accountant & Payroll manager
- Preparing monthly financial reports/statements, Responsibility for preparation of the statutory accounts
- Implement new processes & procedures, mentor & lead staff with changes
- Prepare all P&L, balance sheets within tight reporting deadlines
- Compliance with local accounting guidelines, working with auditors, year end accounts
- Compliance with local accounting guidelines, managing the year-end auditing, liaising with internal & external auditors
- Assist with ad-hoc financial duties when required by the Financial Controller & CFO

The Candidate:
A strong CPA/CA Finance Manager who demonstrates a thorough understanding of financial reporting, statutory accounting within a complex environment & have a flexible mindset. You need to be proficient with multiple ERP systems & confident with Excel. Excellent communication ability, deadline driven & nurturing mentors will have a clear advantage.
