Our client, based in Malvern, is the leading payroll and learning outsourcing provider in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East region.
Their highly trained employees work across 19 countries, delivering accurate and timely payroll and HR services.
They are now seeking a Payroll Administrator to join one of our outsourced teams based in Malvern. This position requires someone who has some experience with SAP payroll together with exceptional customer service skills.
The primary purpose of this role will be coordinating customer requests via a case management solution, investigating and resolving payroll queries and liaising with the client and off-shore processing team.
Key responsibilities of this role are:
- Coordinating all customer requests and assigning cases to appropriate teams via a case management system
- Investigate and resolve first level payroll queries from the client
- Customer service, predominately via email
Candidate Profile
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have some experience with SAP payroll, teamed with exceptional customer service skills. Understanding the full payroll cycle is paramount so having run payrolls would be highly regarded.
Due to the nature of this position strong problem solving skills are required as are excellent communication skills. Experience with a case management/ticket system would be desirable.
Intermediate Excel skills are also required to perform this role at your optimum.
