At people2people, we are constantly searching for candidates who have previous property accounting experience. Our clients are located in the heart of the Sydney CBD.
 
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Produce financial asset reporting
• Assist with budgets and forecasting reports
• Journal entries
• Month end accruals
• Handling client enquiries
• Reconcile GST reports
• Tenant outgoing recoveries

 
What you will bring to the role:

• CA/CPA qualified or PQ
• Exposure to MRI and property experience is preferred
• You will have high attention to detail to ensure the portfolio of the accounts are accurate
• You will possess exceptional communication skills
• Achievement oriented individual
