Our client is an architecture firm with a strong residential construction arm based in Richmond. They offer end-to-end architectural and construction solutions based on their clients values, lifestyle and budget. They recognise the importance of promptly delivering good quality residential spaces and they listen to design beautifully bespoke projects, each time.
You will be part of a fun, easy going and effective team that not only has the experience designing some amazing residential projects but also constructing them!
The ideal candidate should possess and demonstrate a desire to assist through its fast paced growth and solidify your role within the organisation.
Your Key responsibilities will include:
- Daily bookkeeping management including reconciling bank accounts, credit cards and loan accounts
- Monitor, prepare and analyse project costing reports
- Weekly payroll preparation in conjunction with EBA requirements
- Weekly preparation and analysis of cash flow forecast
- Preparation of invoices and management of Accounts Receivable
- Inputting of bills and management of Accounts Payable
- Monthly preparation of management reports
- Monthly preparation and lodgement of relevant documentation with the ATO and SRO
- General office administration tasks
- Other duties as requested from time to time
To be considered for this position you will have:
- 3 – 5 years in a similar accounting role
- Degree in accounting and CPA or CA qualified (will consider if not completed)
- Strong communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- An enthusiasm for continuous development and growth
- Ability to work autonomously
