This role is ideal for an Operations Analyst with a finance/accounting background, looking to move into a larger organisation and to take on greater responsibility.

You will have a sound understanding of operational aspects of a business to allow you to participate in the organisation. You will also have commercial acumen to suggest improvements towards metrics such as revenues, gross margins, and opportunity pipelines. 

Your responsibilities include - 

• Recommendations to improve operating metrics and supporting initiatives in opportunity management, resource planning, management tracking and forecasting
• Maintain CRM tools - Salesforce, Hyperion, SAP
• support CRM queries and ad-hoc project support 
• Creating and aligning forecasting and pipelines 
• Dashboard reporting, account allocations, data maintenance 
• Business partnering with various teams - other analysts, sales teams, operations team 
• Documenting and coordinating process and system rollouts 
• Tracking of KPIs i.e. sales in delivering incentives 
• Delivering reports to senior management 

Candidates will be contacted if you possess - 

• Hyperion, Salesforce and SAP experience 
• Bachelor degree or equivalent 
• Exposure to a similar role 

Ideally, candidates will have - 

• Firm finance understanding
• Commercially driven 
• Excellent communication skills - able to understand and explain complex issues 
• proven record in meeting targeted goals
