We are currently looking for a Cost Controller for a project in Dampier. Our clients offer competitive hourly rates and the opportunity to work with a great team. See below for job-specific details.
Please note this position will run for approximately 35 days only.
We are looking for local residents only for this position.
Cost Controller
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Cost Controller will be responsible for undertaking the following activities in relation to this contact:
- Coordinate Supervisors and Project Engineers to ensure daily timesheets are compiled for variation and provisional sum scopes of work and present to the client for sign-off.
- Track all incoming costs for variation and provisional sum scopes including direct labour and subcontractor costs and compile cost summaries for each variation scope.
- Compile variation packages for variation and provisional sum packages for submission to the client.
- Track and monitor daily project expenditure and develop cost reports for the project.
- Assist project management team with any other day to day administrative tasks as required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience working in a Cost Control role in a previous position.
- Intermediate level Excel and Word skills.
