The Company
Our client, a multinational and instantly recognisable company, are currently looking for a hardworking, quick-thinking and down to earth Finance Officer to join their high performing finance team on a full time basis. Due to the company’s continually expanding client base, the company is looking for a professional and experienced individual that can adapt quickly and hit the ground running. Conveniently located in Melbourne’s inner, the role offers a competitive salary, supportive team and an enviable work environment.
The Role
Working in the finance team, you will report to the Financial Manager. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Payment allocations
- Producing various financial reports
- Work with the finance team to reconcile any variances and discrepancies that may arise
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist with monthly reporting and fortnightly payroll processes
- Generating invoices
- Producing monthly financial and management reports
- Other ad hoc duties
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar Finance Officer role and ideally you will be familiar with a medium to large ERP system. You will be able to handle multiple responsibilities and will complete all tasks with accuracy. You will be expected to interact with both internal and external customers, so strong communication and rapport building skills are essential.
