The Company
We are currently working with a leading Fashion brand who are located in modern offices in the CBD. Just a short walk from public transport lines and boast a high performing, inclusive team. On offer is a 3 month role to cover a period of leave that will start from next week.
The Role
Reporting directly into a approachable Manager and working alongside a dynamic team you will perform duties that include:
- Preparation and issuing of customer invoices,
- Performing customer billings and allocating payments,
- Preparing the sales reports for your manager,
- Daily banking and investigating non-payments,
- Chasing overdue customer accounts.
Your Profile
As the successful candidate you will be an enthusiastic Accounts Receivable Officer with passion for your work and a positive attitude. You will also possess the following:
- Practical experience using SAP is highly preferred,
- Excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail,
- Deadline driven and able to work well as part of a team,
- Initiative and strong written/oral communication skills.
