THE COMPANY: Canberra Sleep Clinic is an innovative and growing business which provides Sleep Medicine services and Specialist Physician consulting in Canberra and the surrounding regions.
- We have a strong focus on achieving great results for, and supporting the wellbeing of our customers. These include patients, referring Doctors, our clinic medical and admin staff, collaborating hospitals, Medicare Australia and Private Health insurers.
- 50 clinical and administrative part time/full time staff operate at the Equinox business park in Deakin ACT.
CANDIDATE PROFILE: We are looking for an experienced book keeper with a fun loving personality able to communicate well by telephone and in person to work in a busy and dynamic environment
ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Includes Financial accounting of the Clinic operation: accounts payable and receivable, banking allocation and reconciliation, payroll, and end of month reporting.
- There will be a focus on the evolution and development of management accounting systems to provide reports to management with respect to key business indicators, budgets and financial performance.
- The Clinic provides medical services, experience in the healthcare sector is preferred but not essential.
- Our accounts officer will be a member of the management team, and will present and interpret financial and operational performance of the business.
