The Company
Perth based organisation working within the Mining services industry has acquired new projects. Due to the expansion of the business an Accounts Payable Clerk is needed to assist the Finance Team. The Role
Reporting to the CFO the role of the Accounts Payable Clerk will consist of the following duties;
- Day to day administration and support for the business
- Data entry - coding and matching invoices
- Developing relationships between internal and external stakeholders
- Petty cash management, credit card reconciliations
- Processing invoices within due time frames
- End of month reconciliations, prepayments
- Solid understanding of large ERP systems SAP, Pronto, Oracle
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ad hoc duties as requested
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years in a similar position. Knowledge in Large ERP systems will be highly regarded for this position. This role will lead to a senior position for the ideal candidate.
