Payroll Officer with SAP Full Function Payroll CBD Location Government Opportunity Minimum 3 month contract
Your new company
Our established and well regarded Government Body based in the Sydney CBD currently require Payroll Officers with SAP for an initial 3 month temporary contract, with the possibility of further extension.
Your new role
Reporting to the Payroll Manager the core duties of this position include prepare and process the fortnightly payroll with SAP for all full time, part time and casual staff to ensure timely and accurate payments, monitor all new appointments, resignations and leave without pay to avoid overpayments, salary variations, leave entitlements, annual increments, understand and apply Awards and EBA's and working as part of a team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you need to have experience in a Payroll Officer function. In addition it is essential that you possess strong attention to detail and effective communication skills liaising with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
