Your new company and role
This Aged Care Provider runs a portfolio of nursing homes, retirement living and continuum care solutions. The Corporate Reporting Analyst role works in a team to consolidate and improve the reporting functions. You will be liaising extensively with all internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment of continual business transformation.

What you’ll need to succeed
To thrive in this fast-paced, pivotal role, you will be a CPA / CA Qualified Reporting Analyst with substantial experience in complex Business Intelligence reporting from a large corporate setting.

You will already possess solid financial Planning, Analysis and cross-functional business partnering experience. Experience within Big 4 or the Aged Care, Retirement Living or Community Services Sector would be beneficial but not essential. Your duties will involve;
• Building complex models in MS Excel to assist with financial delivery
• Driving Quality Improvement Initiatives
• Providing reports to assist with M&A decisions and business projects
• Assist in Aged Care approvals round (ACAR) submission
• Management reporting and business partnering
• Occasional adhoc BAU
You will be an independent, positive and proactive solution seeker. You will be communicating clearly across the business, consistently in an upbeat. emotionally intelligent and culturally aware manner. You will be strong in identifying trends, issues, risk and business opportunities.
