ABOUT THE COMPANY

Mega HVAC Supplies Pty Ltd’s headquarter is located in Melbourne, Australia. It is a leading heating, Ventilation and air conditioning manufacturing and supplying company. Since its inception in 2015, Mega HVAC has dramatically developed its wide factories throughout Australia and Vietnam with 03 duct work manufacturing factories located in Melbourne, Brisbane and Danang (Vietnam) as well as one HVAC warehouse supplier in Melbourne. At the aim of expanding and developing our factories in Australia and Vietnam, we are recruiting experienced and enthusiastic employees to join our talented team as the following positions:

1. Senior Group Management Accounting Manager

• Large private HVAC manufacturing
• Circa $140,000 - $150,000 + super + bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a newly created role due to continued growth within the business. The role will lead a team within the Accounting and Finance function and focus on controllership, management reporting and strategy orientation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Executing the preparation, external audit and submission of statutory returns, including annual financial accounts and taxation lodgements.
• Conducting financial statements at both a divisional and group level for presentation to boards of directors, management, shareholders, and governing and statutory bodies.
• Managing operating costs and organisation’s income and expenditure across the Group.
• Ensuring the accuracy of information contained in financial reports and their compliance with local statutory requirements.
• Developing, coordinating, and evaluating financial programs and production management systems, integrated with subsidiaries.
• Regular budget consolidation across the Group.
• Coordinate the budgeting and other information for the strategic plans.
• Oversea, supervising and managing accounting duties at 03 factories Melbourne, Brisbane and Da Nang.
• Advising and managing financial and taxation activities on business structures, plans and operations
• Consulting the board of directors for strategic management, financial and development plans and executions. 
• Evaluate existing policies and procedures to find weaknesses of all subsidiaries.
• Undertaking regular risk management reviews of the organisation and make recommendations for organisation-wide risk management systems and improvements.
• Leading and facilitating the financial forecasting/budgeting activities for all subsidiaries.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Demonstrated reporting and technical accounting experience.
• Qualified CA or CPA or Master of Professional Accounting.
• Organization and problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking.
• At least 5+ years experiences as Accounting and Management roles.
• Prefer accounting and finance management experience in Australia and Vietnam market.

WORKING LOCATION: Mainly based in Melbourne. Travelling in required.

2. Business Management Consultant

• Large private HVAC manufacturing
• Circa $90,000 - $100,000 + super + bonus

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Advise on the overall development strategy and organizational structure for the owner and senior managers of the company.
• Assisting and encouraging the development of objectives, strategies and plans aimed at achieving company satisfaction and the efficient use of company's resources.
• Consulting and supervising the implementation of production management at 03 factories Melbourne, Brisbane and Da Nang (Vietnam).
• Analysing and advising company's work flow charts, records, reports, manuals and job descriptions.
• Consulting on personnel strategy and supervision of personnel management implementation at headquarters and branches (In Australia and abroad).
• Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter work flows, redefine job functions and resolve organisational problems.
• Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation.
• Business strategy and marketing consultancy for company management.
• Director’s Representative monitors and supervises general operations of the corporation upon request.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Qualified or Master of Business Management.
• At least 2+ years experiences in management roles.
• Experiences in HVAC industry.
• Experienced international business is an advantage.

WORKING LOCATION: Mainly based in Melbourne. Travelling in required.

3. WELDER - MIG & TIG SHEETMETAL WORKER

• Large private HVAC manufacturing
• Circa $45,000 - $60,000 + super + bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Experienced mig welder as 80% of the role is Galvanizing MIG & TIG Welding.
• Well developing Sheet metal Fabrication Skills, with an eye for detail, great communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Variety of other tasks including welding, grinding and generally assisting the team when required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Mig & Tig welding experience or Sheetmetal background.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Excellent communication skills, attitude and work ethic.
• A Trade Qualification or equivalent experience working as a Welder or Fabricator.

WORKING LOCATION: Melbourne or Brisbane
