We are looking for a person to join our growing DMG Audit & Advisory practice. A career in our audit team will provide you with hands-on opportunities to learn how a wide variety of organisations function and to play a role in reviewing their systems and processes. This is an ideal opportunity to start/progress your career and gain solid technical knowledge and experience. The position provides excellent exposure to diverse assignments. In addition to statutory audit engagements, you will participate in risk assurance; internal audit reviews; financial modelling and budgeting; plus other specific advisory projects. You will receive excellent on the job coaching, as well as external training, to acquire technical expertise.
The perfect candidate:
- Holds, or is working towards, a degree in either Audit or Accounting and is interested in undertaking professional accountancy qualifications (e.g. CA/CPA);
- Is a team player, displaying a positive attitude and able to work effectively under pressure;
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Has attention to detail and good organisational skills with the ability to meet commitments;
- Has experience using Microsoft Office suites; and
- Is enthusiastic and eager to progress within the organisation.
