A Big Four Bank is looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team to support in business partnering and help in automating processes where needed. This role will require someone that feels confident in pushing back to the business and technically strong around month-end duties.
Responsibilities:
- Business partnering across key senior stakeholders and provide decision support
- Monthly financial and management reporting
- Assist in operating planning and forecasting models to drive metricated analysis
- Identify issues and provide risk management
- Provide commentary around analysis from budgeting and forecasting
- Help to streamline processes and assist in implementing new reporting tools
- Ad hoc project duties
Profile:
- CPA/CA/CIMA qualified or nearly completed
- Business/Accounting Degree required
- Financial reporting/accounting experience necessary
- Financial Services/Banking experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Inquisitive and proactive thinker
- High attention to detail
