The Group

The Role

Reporting into Asset Management with a dotted line to finance, you will be responsible for managing a team of Property Accountants and ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered to the business. This includes portfolio financial reporting, capital partner reporting and working with the development teams to forecast cashflow and valuation of properties under construction.

The Person

You will be CA/CPA qualified and have several years experience working in a property funds and/or property accounting business in a team leader of management capacity. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement experience will ensure your success in this role.
