About the business

We are recruiting for a career bookkeeper with experience in FMCG to join our fast growing business based in West End for a permanent part time role.

About the role

Key responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, payroll and superannuation, cash flow projection, weekly and monthly reports ad hoc reports as required. Having worked in a progressive FCMG firm you will have an understanding of best practice in regard to stock management, receival and control procedures. A thorough understanding of and competency in MYOB is a pre-requisite.

Attention to detail, ownership of outcomes and proactiveness to seeking solutions solving problems is essential. We are looking for a clever can-do personality to work with our GM to make our business even more successful. The ability to communicate with and report to the GM and Directors is essential.  

Some reception and answering the phone required from time to time.
