Life Insurance business for Australia's most successful bank seeks a Finance Manager. $120k + super+ bonus
Australia’s leading bank is undergoing a significant transformation of their life insurance business and are seeking a Finance Manager to commence as soon as possible. As an integral part of the wealth and funds management division, you will ensure the timely and accurate analysis and reporting of performance along with trend analysis specifically in their life insurance business.
Your new role In your capacity as 2IC to the Senior Manager, you will:
- Plan, report & analyse cycles across the organisation in a comprehensive manner
- Build deep business partner relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive best practice analysis disciplines
- Provide variance/financial/trend analysis for monthly financial review to support the business
- Clearly present the results of business analysis, providing key observations, insight & recommendations for further action
What you'll need to succeed:
You will be CA or CPA qualified with proven experience performing a similar role in the Insurance or wealth management arena. Senior stakeholder engagement skills as well as experience delivering complex reporting solutions to senior business partners are also essential to your success.
