We are seeking and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our busy, energetic, professional and fun team.
Tru-Flo manufactures dewatering equipment for the mining industry within Australia and internationally.
This is a 30 hour per week (Minimum), permanent job located in Bathurst, NSW.
This is a hands on opportunity to utilize your skill, knowledge and/or qualifications in Accounts Payable within a progressive and successful organisation.
Duties Include;
- Management of the end to end Accounts Payable function for the company
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and suppliers accounts
- Prepare weekly payment schedule forecasting
- Paying of vendors be scheduling of payment runs within the accounting system
- Ensuring payment is received for outstanding credits
To be considered you must have;
- 3+ years experience within AP
- Experience in using an ERP is desirable
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and dynamic personality
- Ability to demonstrate a genuine care for the well being of the company, and a sense of company ownership.
