• Fabulous accounting team - small enough for you to take on responsibility

THE ROLE:

• Daily reconciliation of bank accounts
• Reconcile trust account ledgers
• Process eom closing of trust accounts for three states
• Prepare reports for management monthly
• Prepare summary sheet of fees payable
• Send monthly commercial invoices and review and action arrears
• Process letting fees for all trusts
• Transfer funds to operating accounts
• Process improvement and implementation

YOU:

• Will obviously have a relevant tertiary qualification
• Demonstrated accounting experience with trust / property management / body corporate
• Competent reconciliation skills
• Excellent organisation / time management skills
• Good communication skills - you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong reporting focus (advanced excel)
• Demonstrate the willingness to learn and grow professionally
