Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring accounts payable are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Specifically your role will include:
- Invoice processing and verification
- Processing of weekly payments via EFT and Cheques
- Process all monthly rent invoices and ensure payments are processed on time in accordance with lessor terms
- Compete monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigate and resolve all outstanding invoices and payments
- Process all stock invoices and credit notes in accordance to the terms
- Reconcile supplier sub ledgers with the general ledger at month end
- Reconcile all stock supplier statements and ensure all outstanding issues are investigated and reconcile
- Ensure accurate invoice coding and payments are correct
- Ensure supplier account information is up to date
Are you THE ONE?
- You are experienced in a similar role
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are able to work to strict deadlines
- Experience in Microsoft office and Excel
