- Managers can work from home one day a week
- Average clients are about 15-30K in fees but there are a few at the $50-100K mark
- Your own portfolio is around $650K in fees (full control)
- 2 direct reports and your own admin.
- Not pure compliance - tax, estate, wealth and strategic planning
- Due diligence, valuations and negotiations for buying and selling businesses will feature too
- Partnership program is in place if that is the direction you choose to take
- 4 Partner, 30+ staff firm based on the North Shore
- Social events include BBQ’s on the roof, dinners and nights out
