We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join an innovative and reputable organisation located in the Liverpool region. You will be required to demonstrate a strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and work within a fast-paced environment, while delivering excellent customer service and working effectively as part of a team.
In this role you’ll be involved in:
- Daily Bank Reconciliations and allocation of all payments
- Debtor Reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve customer enquiries
- Make follow up collection calls on outstanding accounts
- Opening up of new accounts and running appropriate background checks
- Processing and investigating credit claims
- Month end debtor reporting
- Provide back up to finance when required
- General administrative tasks as required
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Previous exposure using SAP system
- Experience in full function credit control and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level Excel
- Immediately available
- Own transport
