This is a great opportunity for an Accounts Assistant/Accounts Officer who is experienced in performing full function accounts payable & receivable who has hands on experience in using SAP.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Both manual & automated invoice processing
- Process approx 100-150 invoices per day
- Perform banking & allocations
- Allocate invoices
- Liaise with suppliers
- Perform bank and supplier reconciliations
- Perform foreign exchange payments
- Run payment runs
- Assist Finance Manager with various reports
- Liaise with Sales teams
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Ideally have 2- 3 years full function AP & AR experience
- Must have SAP Business One or SAP experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Enjoy working in a small but outgoing finance team
This is a great role for an Accounts Assistant who is studying their accounting and/or finance diploma or degree, as you get to be part of a growing business working alongside the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will gain hands on experience in month end and year duties.
