The Company
Located in the CBD, this property developer is known for their work in commercial developments within the CBD and inner suburbs. With a strong, established reputation, their portfolio is going from strength to strength.
The Role
Working within a small but dynamic business, you will report into the Finance Manager. Your duties will include:
- Preparation of invoices
- Ensuring invoices are approved by the relevant Manager before the deadline
- Matching invoices to purchase order numbers
- Generating the aged debtors report
- Following up with debtors for payment
About You
Due to the small size of the business, extensive prior experience within a similar role in a Property Development organisation is essential. The following is also required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced in using MYOB
- Experienced in processing a high volume of invoices
- The ability to contact debtors for payment
