Our Client

A global, heavy machinery manufacturer on the north side requires the skills of an experienced Credit Officer on a temporary basis to support the team through end of year and covering extended leave.  With a complex and fast paced environment, you will enjoy the balance of a supportive team based culture and leadership.
 
The Role

Reporting to the Shared Service Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include;

• Receipting and allocations
• Managing invoice queries
• Management of Ledger
• Set up of new accounts
• Reconciling
• Collection calls  - meeting KPI's
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Assist with month end reporting

About You

The successful candidate for this role will have/be:

• Experienced in a similar role in a large company environment
• Strong understanding of AR and Credit control
• Superior communication skills (verbal and written)
• Organised with ability to meet deadlines and prioritise
• A strong attention to detail with well developed problem solving skills
• Focused on providing a high level of customer service
• Professional and positive attitude
• Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, v look ups) and ERP experience (Oracle or JDE highly regarded)
