AHG is now seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk / Deal Processor to join our friendly administration hub located in Essendon Fields. Reporting to a Financial Controller you will be responsible for processing New and Used Deal Costing and Processing, general ledger including balance sheet reconciliations.  If you are an enthusiastic, driven, accounts Clerk / Deal Processor specialist, then we want you.  
 
The successful candidate will have proven experience with;
 

• previous dealership exposure
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Advance MS Office skills
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Proven ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships
• The ability to work in a team as well as autonomously
• Previous experience with ERAnet will be highly regarded

Duties will include:
 

• Daily, Weekly and Monthly Accounting and Administration tasks as required
• Petty Cash & Expense Coordination
• General Ledger Balance Sheet reconciliations as allocated
• Processing New, Used and Wholesale Deals 
•  Managing and processing any Toll or Traffic fines imposed upon the business
