Our client is a market leading automotive software company based in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Due to growth they now seek to recruit a candidate with dealership Accounts experience to take on this opportunity as a Dealership Support Consultant. This role will assist dealerships with any troubleshooting and resolving all issues, whilst providing outstanding customer care.

The successful candidate will have a background in dealership finance, accounts or administration. You will have a strong understanding using automotive management software. In addition you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (mainly over the phone) as well as an ability to work independently.

This is a Monday to Friday role, 7am -3pm or 11am - 7pm on a rotating shift, with occasional Saturdays required, subject to workloads. Salary for this position is approx. $55,000 plus Super (negotiated on experience).
