What to expect -
To begin with, you will continued to be developed to become very technically strong on compliance matters for all types of entities. Work closely with the Manager and sometimes the Partner, this give you exposure to clients through witnessing them conducting client meetings.
Once you have proven yourself within the Business Services team you will gain transfer opportunities into either the Super, Consulting, Tax and/or Private Wealth teams if that is what you want. Clearly this firm wants their staff to experience all facets of the firm’s services.
Progression Opportunities -
During this time you will develop your skills and become a multidimensional Accountant. The firm also urges growth with the new cultural shift of preparing Intermediate Accountants to progress to the Senior level and go out and win their own clients.
