Opportunity to join this Children’s charity who enjoy a wonderful reputation for helping families, based in North Sydney.
Reporting to the Senior Accountant you will responsible for the entire accounts payable function. This includes ensuring all invoices are properly authorised and correctly input into a Navision accounting system. Process weekly payment runs according to trading terms. Reconcile company credit cards and monitor weekly cash flow analysis. The company may consider a level of flexibility in this role for the right person.
Work with a small friendly, finance team of 4 people and enjoy an optimistic and resilient culture throughout the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of three years experience in a similar role within a medium to large sized organisation and can demonstrate success in your role. You will feel comfortable taking full responsibility for the accounts payable function and have superior communication skills to manage problem solving. Your level in Microsoft word and excel will be advanced. Experience with Navision system would be an advantage.
