You will be a key member of this small team and flexible work hours are available for the right person. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate effectively. You must have exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage the demands of this busy role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all duties related to Accounts Payable/Receivable processing, payment of accounts, Payroll & Client Records
  • Cash Flow - manage and update daily cash flow spreadsheet.
  • Manage month end reconciliations and processes
  • Prepare Month End Financials for review by Board Members
  • Preparation of BAS/PAYG/Payroll Tax for Accountant
  • Assist with Year End Statutory Requirements
  • Assist with Budgeting Process
  • Assist with other general administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Min 2-3 years previous experience in similar role
  • Sound knowledge of MYOB
  • Experience with databases
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
