Our client is a Medium Sized Developer based on the city fringe. A dynamic and growing team, this is an excellent opportunity to stick your teeth into a new role!

Your new role

• Ensure invoice are correctly coded and authorised for processing in Jobpac
• EFT/Bpay payment weekly runs
• Process cash retention releases
• Respond to query regarding retention and outstanding invoices
• Subcontractor & PO reversals / corrections as requested
• Reconciling statement
• Monthly check & correct negative TB balance prior to month end.
• Maintenance of creditor accounts including creating, editing, email / contact details, ABN checks, banking details and notes.
• Assist with audit of AP for duplicate suppliers & invoices

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience working within a high volume Accounts Payable (50-150+ invoices per day) with the CONSTRUCTION or ENGINEERING industry is essential
• Construction software experience ideal (jobpac, Arrow, Timberline, Cheops etc.)
• Strong communication skills to be successful liaising with suppliers and subcontractors 
• Ability to build strong relationships and negotiate payment terms effectively
