Company
This leading multinational has extensive operations globally. Within Australia, it operates a large and diverse multi-site manufacturing business with a national distribution network. It is undergoing a period of transformation which will enable it to build on its success over the medium term. This role will play a pivotal part in this change and development.        

Position
Your key responsibility is working closely with the CEO, Executive Team and Regional CFO to transform and grow the business. This will include participating in the development of the long-term vision, improving operational efficiency, leading and motivating the finance team, negotiating commercial agreements and using data insights to help drive strategic decisions.

Profile
You will be CA/CPA qualified. Experience working in a fast moving, manufacturing/sales distribution organisation across multiple sites is important. You will have a passion for driving change, through people, systems and process to support business growth. A proven leader and articulate communicator, you possess good judgement, a ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to inspire, influence and empower others to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
