This well known, leading retail company is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable officer for a 6-month contract.
You will be working in a spacious, open planned office in the heart of Sydney CBD, this position offers you the chance to work in an easily accessible location within a large well-run team.
This company can offer a flexible working environment and high-level work. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your AP skills in and continue to learn.
The Position
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, your duties will include the following:
- Preparation and processing of invoices
- Ensuring invoices are approved by the relevant Manager before the deadline
- Generating the aged debtors report
- Following up with debtors for payment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 + years in an Accounts Payable environment
- High level of communication skills - written and verbal
- Experience in processing a high volume of invoices
