Your New Role:

The purpose of the role of Business Services Senior is to manage and co-ordinate the Business Services Intermediate / Accountant and deliver accounting services to your allocated Business Services clients, namely financial statements and tax returns. Major parts of your job also include:

Client Point of Contact for compliance matters

• Client Meetings
• Phone calls regarding on-going advice and compliance queries.
• Emails largely relating to administration of the client compliance and some written advice.

Identification of both Client and Firm Opportunities

• Review of client files at end of preparation, and engage clients via manager and Principal for areas of value add to the client.
• Efficiency improvements in compliance process of engagement and work completion

You will have:

• At least 4 years Business Services experience
• Either CA/CPA qualification
• Liaise with clients on the phone and in person
• Be able to identify new opportunities for the firm
• Be tech savvy, and have experience with Xero
